Please read the following information before you place an order.

WHOLESALE PRICING

Wholesale discounts range from 40% to 60% off the regular retail price, depending on the specific product. Promotional products may have different pricing and are not subject to the standard wholesale discount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates can change due to carrier rates and fuel costs. All international freight quotes are valid for 3 days. If placed after expiry, the shipping cost may be updated based on the latest available rate.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum order value is $100 for both first-time and repeat orders. Each item must be ordered in a quantity of at least 3 pieces. Please notify us in advance for larger quantities to check inventory.

Payment & Order Policy

We accept credit card and PayPal payments.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for additional coupons or discount codes, unless we offer a special free shipping promotion for wholesale customers.
Please do not use affiliate links or coupon/discount websites, such as Honey, RetailMeNot, or ShareASale, when placing wholesale orders.
If an affiliate link results in a commission being charged on a wholesale order, the buyer will be responsible for covering the commission.
All wholesale orders must be placed directly through Oenusdeco.com

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
Most orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 4–7 business days.
Large orders or orders that include customized products may require additional processing time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
If you need your order sooner, especially during the holiday season, please email us at info@oenusdeco.com before placing your order. In most cases, we can arrange to process your order within 3 business days, depending on product availability and order size.

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our products, wholesale orders are not eligible for returns.
We carefully check and package all orders before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged products
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement when appropriate.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
